Alibaba Researcher's Have Reveled an AI That Can Bring Any Image To Life With One Audio File 

Ai Research: EMO is a new AI system from Alibaba researchers that can create lifelike videos of faces speaking, singing, and moving, using only one image and one audio clip as inputs.

The details:

• EMO learned from over 250 hours of varied footage in different languages, such as speeches, movies, and songs.

• EMO does not need 3D face models, which are usually required for this task. It directly produces frames with a diffusion model instead.

• EMO uses reference footage to maintain coherence over longer videos while accurately matching expressions and lip movements.
